They dont always get the order rt. Honestly i would rather eat at home its healthier but sometimes quick and easy is just better.

As long as you avoid them while they are busy, Should be fairly quick and decently made... Stopped one during lunch and blew a large portion of my lunch break sitting in a drive-thru line.
Called ahead of time to check to see if I'd be able to get a frappe being that it was close to 1am. The first time we got hung up on and when we recalled the person had an awful attitude. When we arrived in the drive thru the order taker Crissie had the worst attitude and was awfully rude. We had two separate orders and were planning on using coupons through the app. The app was not working, none of the deals were showing up. She took our card and made us pay full price we asked why and she said it was too late and she needed to get to other costumers. She said she wasn't able to refund. Finally got her to give us a refund. She was not cooperative at all. As someone who works in fast food management I know it is not difficult to be decently plesant. I was very disappointed in her actions. The lady who gave us our food was great and very polite.
7:17pm - 7:28pm 11/21 No one in line before me and it still took 10mins For 6McChickens and a med Fries. On a lunch break that's alot of time to wait.
I cant give this store a rating that's how bad it was. Ok so first of all I was sitting at the counter for at least 10 mins waiting for somebody to take my order as the cashier kept walking by and smiling. I literally haf to verbally announce u wanted to order before she acknowledged me. And second I only ordered a Sunday for my daughter and took a half hour!!!! And it wasnt even busy. As were sitting her I just see the same thing happening to every single person that goes up to the counter. The place is a joke and needs new management.
The staff did not work together and did not seem happy even the guys on the line. A three is what the store gets. Good food always tho.
