This staff is so kind, caring and amazing with at their job. They truly care about the health of our teeth and are very educated about our dental health. My kids (11 and 8) love going too as they are so kind and funny with them.
The staff are very considerate of my needs, and do a great job explaining my dental care. The office is run in a very professional manner, and I've been going to them for 5 years, and I've never had an issue.
I've had all positive experiences with Midwest dental, seen two hygienist's (Kim, & Peggy) both were very thorough. Dr. Schwartz was very professional every time and they took the time to check into future dental work that is needed to see what my insurance will cover and what my costs will be. Great and friendly office staff always asking me about my family. Both Heidi and Tonya are welcoming when I walk through the door.
Superior Midwest Dental is always amazing at listening and understanding my needs. Shayla is such a super dental hygienist, good listener and really cares about the patient. Dr. Schwarz is superb at what she does and they are very understanding when you want a more conservative approach to our dental care. They are the first place of many I have tried that is affordable and do not try and make us get unnecessary treatments. I love going to these visits every six months!
This place cannot get their billing straightened out. Before I leave, they REFUSED to take my payment when I know I had to pay something, then they call me a few weeks later asking for payment.....and after that!! They said I STILL owe money! I paid exactly what they asked, and I still owed. Sooooo what, you undercharged me, and now are looking to collect?! >:(
