The staff here is usually pretty nice, but almost have a condescending vibe about them. The super clean and trendy looking store, and all the staff are very informed. Great for older people who aren't great at shopping online, but you can get the same basic service by using their website.
Went to get a new phone and know it should be an easy process. I understand technology, sim cards, backups, apple id's, ect. but this kid still managed to waste half my day. Two months later now and having back up issues with my computer because he had me get a new apple id. Worst experience ever. Poorly trained employees.
Very helpful was selling a used AT and T phone to another customer off Craigslist. They checked phone for us and we're very helpful.
Went in to get a SIM card waited 25 mins just to be told they can't give it to me but 3 weeks ago I went in and got one no problem never again will i step foot in that store or ever buy another phone from them
