We had the gentleman, who claimed to own the business, come by and give us a quote for our floor. We agreed business and set up price and dates. He put us off for two days, saying in a text he is still rapped up in another job or for other reasons. Then the day he was supposed to come, he texted us 3 hours after the time we arranged saying, "Sorry, running late like usual."
Unprofessional, inconvenient, and not a company I want to pay money to if they can't have respect for their customers. The most rude service I have experienced working with construction.
