Sometimes bad things happen to good people, and when they do, you'll be glad you have Tim, Pam, and Jean to help you through the process. After totaling my car earlier this spring--stupid deer-- it was sometimes difficult to jump through all of the insurance and banking hoops. Tim and his staff were instrumental in acquiring a rental car for me, extending my rental timeframe, and assisting me in settling my claim. While the NATIONAL insurance company I was with was not always easy to deal with, I was fortunate that Tim and his staff were skilled and effective in buffering and solving the issues.
