I brought in my brown tawny fox Donna salyers blanket to have cleaned and they ruined it. Its all matted. Its completely destroyed. I'm very angry. it cost almost $300. I wanted them to replace it and they don't want to. This is my special blanket and I can't believe it is destroyed! I thought they knew what they were doing and apparently not. They don't apologize!
Do not go here if you value what you are bringing. Lost my mom's favorite sweater she bought in Montana. They did not even apologize.
