I cant say enough good about this company. I am currently relocating to the area from several states away and the staff put more effort forth in making sure I had a home to move into than I ever could have expected. very very curtious and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I have been a tenant for three years. The women in their office are very unprofessional. I reside in Sauk Rapids,their office is in Wisconsin. I ended a friendship that was one sided. She was a misery loves company n I was her neighbor. Well the HR at Bachand group took her side n tried to evict me. It didn't happen. The judge seen through it. The property manager actually lied on stand n lost the case and her job.I have not paid rent because. I have withheld my rent for many reasons. 1. I live in a apt. none working ourlets,dry rotted,rusted, closet doors,a kicked in front door ,they have been replacing for 2 yrs. now,no doors on my bedrooms,rotted kitchen sink cabinet. I slso lived in the othet building here of theirs with a crackef window ober a year. Slum Lords ...YES.... UNPROFESSIONAL, NO COMPASSION BACHAND GROUP

I would not recommend renting through this company. They told us we paid an extra $300 on our account because they took money out of our accounts when we requested they don't and then when we tried to use our extra $300 toward a payment, it magically vanished. These people are glorified slum lords who will rob a few bucks from you if they can. Find another management company.
Very unreliable. any issue that came up took them forever to take care of. Never called you back about anything you’d call them for. You need something fixed? Your better off fixing it yourself because they’ll take more than state laws maximum days (14) to repair or acknowledge the issue. That and the neighbors aren’t very friendly either.
