Do not. I repeat, do not hire this company. The salesmen you will speak with don't even measure your roof the show up guess and overcharge for half assed labor. I know first hand because I worked with them on 5 projects and I guaranty they're the nicest ones done by hip and ridge.
Nothing but under trained, uneducated, hacks subbing for here. Can't run cap straight shooting nails through drip edge and less than 3" water lines. It's a surprise they've made it this far.
For those who have already spent thousands of dollars you will need to ask the contractor for a W-9 which gives you the business EIN which you will use to complete a 1099 at the end of the year to let the IRS know what you have paid said contractor. This may keep the contractor honest. Remember it was not all the murders that sent Al Capone to prison it was not filing and paying his taxes.

Do Not Use this contractor they will take your money and disappear. When I hired Hip and Ridge they we're happy to take my money but after 5 weeks if waiting for them to start I found out they didn't even order me supplies. When I went to get my money back I was threatened and all they did was insult me and commenting on my rosacea. The only way I got my money back was to threaten to turn them into the IRS for fraud and tax evasion. Everyone who has been taken advantage of by a contractor needs to complete an IRS form 3949-A to report fraud. If a contractor is shady, completing and submitting this IRS form will send the IRS in to do a complete audit of the contractors books.
Absolute worst siding & window job EVER! After 5 months siding is falling off. Siding put on our house, I feel, is not the same product that was presented to us or what we paid for! Window trim looks horrible and is falling off....not put on straight... has gaps and cracks. Window wraping has gaps, bent and not put up straight. Bees are now living behind the siding due to the rotten job that was done putting it up. We have asked Todd, the company owner, many times to correct the problems. He keeps promising he will but has never pulled thru. Sweet talk scammers! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry you did! Too bad there isn't a minus star!

Todd n his sales team sell the jobs, then hire guys off craigslist cause neither Todd or Dave will or can do the work, not to mention the damn call center girls that blow up customers for referrals and more work!! A terrible company to use, for your renovation needs. Please, I encourage you to look elsewhere. We chose this company to paint, side and also wrap the windows to our home, it looks good from afar but when you get closer you can see just how shotty the work is. We called them back up to fix the original mistakes they made ( Original issues included noticeably uneven paint on home and splatter, wrong color paint for a portion of our home, also wrong color wrap, our house is red and cream they installed grey window wraps) and they only made a bigger mess to be completely honest. Paint splatter ( not droplets big splatter) on the stairs and roof of our house, unfinished painted stucco, (which they are refusing to finish) and the wrap on our windows are already coming off less than a year later. Which is irritating to the core. They are nice people but they outsource their work and there is where the problem lies I believe. I would not recommend this company one bit! Unless you want a 25k renovation that looks like complete trash when you walk up on it...
