This was a very nice environment for my children and my pet. They were respectful, caring, and very patient. Happy tails is budget friendly as well. We will definitely return for future appointments.
They were so friendly and nice and even the desk ladies asked how he was after his appointment. I am also a first time cat owner and they explained everything super well and told me what I should look out for and how to properly feed him and what not. They also were great when setting up appointments.
The doctors and staff at this clinic are the kindest and most passionate professionals I have ever met. My rabbit has had two procedures done by Dr. Becky. I drove from the cities because many vets here were not comfortable doing the procedure. I knew I could trust this team and did not mind traveling to get their services. I am beyond grateful for the kind & compassionate care he received. He would not be alive today without their expertise. Thank you again!

Use to work with people with less money then it was to pay for things with payments and a law income fund thing that helped. Just still is good about this but Melissa one of the head nurse conterdicts everything Justin says. She gets rude with people with less money who need to make payments. She don't make it like this place is meant to be. Justin opened this place to help people out that did not have much money even if that meant payments. Now happy tails has always got money from us even when payments been made and they know this so being rude to me is uncalled for. I have been a regular customer since day one and referred them to others many times. So she needs to stop before I take my business back to another vet. They use to be untop of reminders and what not to but again it is like they try to push away the ones with not alot of money.
