Can someone please contact me i was in on 10/23 to try to get this scam of a warranty cancelled and i have yet to receive a refund from Fidelity. Say they didnt get whatever from you. Called Ric and lvm but no response. As always I should have known better. Feel pretty stupid.

Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star. I brought my vehicle here to get diagnosed and I didn't get a diagnosis but still had to pay the $100 fee. I feel like you should at least get a price break.
I bought a 1 year old truck with 10,000 miles. When I got home the box/frame was bent out of alignment 3/8”-1/2”. I called Tom to express my concerns about not being informed that the vehicle was damaged and had been in an accident. He then told me History Report states front right impact. I asked why he didn’t tell me this his reply was, you should have known better. Used car Service manager (Roberto) denied front right impact and claimed box was barely scratched in parking lot. I was told by the used vehicle service manager “You have buyers remorse.” Also that it’s my problem just deal with it. They did not want to help me. They lied to me and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with vehicle until I asked why box was out of alignment.
Courteous staff, went over the work that was performed. They were able to get my vehicle in on short notice. Good communication back to me to know vehicle was completed. Fair price.
