My new car buying experience included a bait & switch, and a bit of feeling like I was inconveniencing the sales guy because the Cherokee I wanted to buy was parked inside and he had to move it out. He suggested that I drive a Grand Cherokee instead - suggesting to me that they drove the same. Mmm-hmm. That didn't fly... Sometime between quoting me a price and sitting down to sign papers a couple hours later, $1000 in Jeep coupons "expired" and the salesman was unwilling to meet in the middle with service coupons or accessories credit to make it right. My gut said that I should have walked out and went back to Forest Lake Jeep, who I was also shopping.
Update: regarding service department, I had an issue with one of the windows on my jeep and they fixed it under warranty (as they should) with no hassle and provided me with a new 2017 renegade for two days while it was there. Also have got my oil changed and tires rotated a couple times. Vehicle was done right both times and was ready to go when they said. Nice loaner vehicles are available if needed.

However, after considering that Superior Chrysler had given me a great trade value on my truck and an OK price on my car, (traded in 2 vehicles) plus I would have many hours of driving, trade in appraisals, and negotiating to deal with at another dealer, I pulled the trigger on this, and left the lot in my new 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk.
Super friendly professional staff! They worked with my wife and I all day to get us into the vehicle we wanted. We knew we wanted a crossover, something larger than the car. Test drove a lot of vehicles, finally my wife fell in love with her jeep Cherokee! They stayed after close to finalize the deal! Great group of people, the staff was a pleasure to work with!
About what I would expected; I wouldn't necessarily recommend, but wouldn't say to avoid either. I never did receive my $25 gift card for test driving a vehicle ~ even after buying a new 2017 Jeep... so on to my review:

Decent place, located in a slightly sketchy part of town. Average customer service, they're not too pushy and give you time to yourself to look over the car(s). Some of the cars have visual damage that's unrecorded (which you may be able to use to bargain for a lower price, since the dealer didn't catch it, however it lowers confidence in their competence as a dealer). Some also have dirty interiors, kind of makes it seem like they're not too enthusiastic about selling them.
