I got a hole in my tire traveling from Michigan to Idaho pulled over here it was the closest place and they had it plugged in about 10 mins despite they were already working on other cars
I'm from New York and did not know of any car service centers in the area when I moved here. My engine light came on the other day, and with a sinking feeling, I asked around for any recommendations for a mechanic. Called a few places and the charge was $90-$100 to run the computer and check the codes to find the problem; some places would or would not apply that fee to the cost to fix. I called Mag's and they told me it would be free to check it out; so of course I made the appointment. Just got back from my appointment and it literally took 5 minutes to run the scan and interpret. They told me that they remembered that my car had a recall on some of the codes back in 2010 and were going to look into whether or not I was still covered. Turns out I still was and they printed out all the information I needed and called my car's dealership service center to make an appointment for me and verified my coverage. Left the shop not paying a thing and I would have given them 100 bucks just because they were so great. I will definitely be taking my car to them from now on. Thank you for the great customer service.
After caring for a relative for a week, I was on my way home 3 hours south when my car started having a blinking engine light. I called the local big box dealer and told them I was from out of town and had an emergency engine problem and I needed to leave to go back to work the next day.I was told that I needed an appointment and the soonest appointment was 3 or 4 days out. They didn't care that I was in a desperate situation or that I was stranded! They also evidently didn't care if they turned away business!

I took my car to Mag's and they said they would take care of me right away as I needed immediate assistance. A few hours later they had repaired my vehicle with a very competitive price. I was on the road less than 3 hours later than I had planned to leave. If you are looking for an honest business who will take care of you without all the frills and extra costs, check out Mag's! They are the best!
Will not go to this shop again. Very angry customer I'm not from Superior so my fuel pump went out so I had to find a shop an someone recommend Mags. I should have looked around but was very desperate so I went there he first told me my price for my repairs an then I said I can get the parts cheaper he told me he will go up on his labor price. Then since I had my car towed there I just said forget it so he fixed it. I told him I was coming to pick up my car he asked when do u close he said 5:30 but CLEARLY HE CLOSES BEFORE THAT I went to pick up my car and NOBODY WAS THERE I'm pissed I have no car an another day of figuring out how am I suppose to get to work. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
