Jay provided great customer service and went above and beyond in helping get my daughters car repaired when I was 2 hours away. I would highly recommend Thatcher’s to anyone needing car service.
Called with vehicle problem in early AM of a very cold morning. Fuel filter ended up breaking off. I was told they could get me in and most likely get it fixed that day. When I arrived to pick up vehicle they explained in detail what was wrong and how it was repaired. I feel I was charged a very reasonable price for the work they performed (Especially under the circumstances). Definitely will use again in the future for any of my vehicle repairs.
I was so thrilled that I could just walk in and they took care of my tire problems. They did a great job and a lot less money than I thought it would cost me. The people were super nice and very helpful. I know that if I have any problems again I will surely go back to them.
