Rooms were amazingly perfect. Lots of places to park. I stayed at the holiday inn right next to the Hampton and my sheets had stains on them and their pool was under maintenance. Very modern. Really wish they had a jacuzzi, but overall a great place to stay.
The room is very clean and nice and the staff were friendly. There really isn't much around it though and the housekeeping staff are quite slow. We left around 9:00 am and came back to our room at about 4:00 pm but our room still hadn't been clean. It's not a huge deal but usually these things are taken care of in the earlier part of the afternoon.
Great hotel, basically brand new and very well designed. Comfortable beds, tasty hot breakfast with several options, friendly and helpful staff. Liked that upon check-in, staff member heard we were in town for vacation and without any prompting, suggested some nearby activities that were appropriate for us (family with young children). Room view interrupted by the hotel's covered entrance but not a huge deal as we didn't choose it for the view and could still see some lake if we sat at an angle to the window.
Awesome hotel, especially for the price! However they don't have a hot tub or a tub in my room. Somewhat minor but I thought that was standard these days.. Still a very nice hotel.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Our bathroom was atrocious-hair all over the floor, hanging off the toilet, and all over the vanity. They did give us a discount but did not offer to clean the room or switch rooms since they were fully booked.
